BDG URS’s Water Audit Service has been created to help provide you with the peace of mind that those water rates that your business does pay are correct, and any overpayments that have been made have been reclaimed for you.

 

The Water audit service comprises of the following –

• Initial analysis to highlight areas that will require a closer look and provide a short summary e-mail to you of the next actions required

• If no issues are found from the initial review then bills will be returned with short a summary e-mail giving a clean bill of health

• Should further investigation be required beyond billing then a site survey for water usage, sewage, and surface water drainage will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. These surveys will cover all aspects of water usage and can be then used by BDG URS to make the relevant appeals to your water company

• Recommendations will then be made for water saving measures and reported to you

• If applicable a full investigation of Trade Effluent charges will be undertaken and the findings submitted to you

 

Finally, if it is felt by you or BDG URS that there could be leakage then we can provide costs for advanced detection work and also quote for repairs or alteration required on site.

Our charges will depend on the size and complexity of your own circumstances but where possible we look to work with you on a contingency fee basis taking our fees from the savings we generate for you.
